This week, some of our team had a fantastic time at the city’s annual Beer Festival. A much-loved tradition that brings people together from across the region.
The festival, known for its wide selection of craft beers, local brews, and tasty food, is always a highlight of the calendar. It’s not just about sampling great drinks; it’s about enjoying live music, meeting fellow beer enthusiasts, and showing support for this much loved industry.
This year, we were delighted to see our new Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Paul Bristow, invited to join the judging panel for the Champion Beer. The top prize went to Green Devil, from Oakham Ales, brewed right here in the city of Peterborough, a proud moment for local brewing!
Events like this are a reminder of how festivals can bring people together, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere for friends, family, and newcomers alike. We loved being part of the fun and look forward to next year already!
