Councillors Alex Rafiq and Iva Banyalieva recently spent a lovely afternoon volunteering with the ZI Foundation at St John’s Church in the city centre.
On the third Friday of every month, the ZI Foundation provides free hot meals to anyone who comes through the doors, offering not just a warm meal but a welcoming place for people to come together and enjoy a sense of community.
Alex and Iva were pleased to volunteer their time and support the fantastic work being done by the foundation and everyone involved.
