A quick local success for residents in Paston & Walton.
After a resident raised concerns with Cllr Iva Banyalieva and Cllr Alex Rafiq about damaged pedestrian railings at the junction of Lincoln Road and South View Road, the issue was raised directly with Peterborough City Council.
The railings had been damaged since May, but following the intervention by local councillors, they were repaired within two weeks.
A big thank you to the Highways Maintenance Team for acting so quickly and getting this resolved.
